  2. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  3. 1 dash Black pepper
  4. 10 leaves Sangchu Korean Lettuce
  5. 10 leaves Egoma leaves (similar to shiso leaves)
  6. 1 Kimchi
  7. 1 Garlic
  8. 1 Green onion namul
  9. 1 Gochujang

Instructions to make Korean BBQ Samgyeopsal

  1. Mix the salted pork bellywith sesame oil. This time, I used 2 pieces.

  2. Season both sides with black pepper. Put the meat on a and cook both sides until crispy. Cook it well on high heat.
