  3. 4 tbls low sodium soy sauce
  4. 1 tsp dried red chilli flakes

  6. 2 tbls brown sugar
  7. 2 tbls sesame oil
  8. 4 tbls veg oil
  9. 1 cup green onions sliced into 1 inch lengths
  10. 10 Whole dried Chillies
  11. 1 tbls sesame seeds (optional)
  12. A few diced green onions for garnish

  1. Cut the pork fillet in slim lengths
  2. In a large bowl whisk together,garlic, soy sauce, red chilli flakes, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil and veg oil
  3. Add the pork strips to it turning make sure each is covered. Add cling film and leave to marinate minimum of 30 minutes or more in the fridge.
  4. When ready use a large skillet medium to high heat, add the meat in batches searing each side of the strips until slightly charred take them off then set them aside while you cook the rest in batches.
  5. Using a clean skillet on medium heat add the already seared pork, green onions and sesame seeds and the whole dried chillies, toss to mix together
  6. Cook for 5 minutes until greens have wilted and chillies have partly de- hydrated
  7. Serve in a dish with diced green onions and a little sesame seeds (optional)
